By accessing or using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a Season Pass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service is a guidance and planning tool. We are not affiliated with JOSAA, CSAB, NTA, or any government body. Final counselling and seat allocation are conducted exclusively by official bodies at josaa.nic.in and csab.nic.in.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this service. By using CSAB Counselling, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the service and make a purchase.
The service is intended for use by individuals, not businesses. You may not use the service on behalf of a coaching institute, aggregator, or any commercial entity without our written permission.
Access to premium features requires purchase of a Season Pass at a one-time fee of Rs. 249 (or the current price listed at the time of purchase).
All payments are final and non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Important: Predictions provided by CSAB Counselling are based on historical cutoff data and are for guidance purposes only. They are not guarantees of admission.
Actual CSAB cutoffs vary each year based on many factors including the number of applicants, seat availability, and changes in reservation policies. A "High Chance" prediction does not guarantee you will receive that seat.
We do not accept responsibility for decisions made based on our predictions. Always cross-reference with official JOSAA/CSAB data and counselling advisors before making final decisions.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the cutoff data accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the data is error-free.
All content on csabcounselling.in, including the website design, prediction algorithm, user interface, and text, is the property of CSAB Counselling and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
CSAB cutoff data used in predictions is sourced from publicly available official sources (JOSAA/CSAB). We do not claim ownership of the underlying cutoff data.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our prediction engine, UI, or any proprietary content without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CSAB Counselling and its operators shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Season Pass.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability. If you are in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behaviour, or if your actions harm other users or the platform.
Termination for cause (violation of Terms) does not entitle you to a refund.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 7 business days, subject to our data retention obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where material, by email or a notice on the website.
Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
